On August 24 Mrs.Oaks, the instructional coach for Blackhawk, walked into Mr.Hoering’s and Mrs.Godfrey’s class to ask a simple question. “Should we print the flyers in color or black and white?” The students were all confused. A student rose their hand and asked “What is the flyer for?” Then Mrs.Oaks dropped a bomb on the two classes by saying a simple word, she said “Uniforms” The classes erupted! “UNIFROMS?!” They all asked. Mrs.Oaks confirmed with “yes uniforms” All the students were yelling and asking questions now. One students asked “will we have to wear the uniforms and when will we have them?” Mrs.Oaks replied “They will be manditory after labor day” How will the students react when the unifroms will be manditory? We will find out then.
